Thank you for shopping with Top Shelf Finds. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within [1–3] business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

  1. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight or size of your order.

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Domestic Orders: [3–7] business days
• International Orders: [7–21] business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be reshipped.

  1. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package is lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at kyle.williams411@hotmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

  1. SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Postal service disruptions
• Customs inspections
• Severe weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Carrier operational issues
• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
